CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted or rescheduled. By giving us advance notice, we can open the appointment slot to another client in need of massage.
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice or more for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation without resulting in a penalty fee. If an appointment is rescheduled within less than 24 hours, then that client is responsible for paying Relief by Chase half of their total treatment rate as their penalty fee.
Any clients who "no-show" without contacting Relief by Chase within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, is responsible for paying the full treatment rate as their penalty fee.
