WHAT IS RELIEF BY CHASE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. By giving us advance notice, we can open the appointment slot to another client in need of massage.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHY DO WE OFFER FLAT RATES FOR MASSAGES?

Our focus is your wellness. Sometimes booking the correct massage modality for your goals can be tricky. Sometimes your goals require more than one massage modality within the same session.

By having fixed rates for massage modalities, we ensure that you get the correct healing treatment for what your body needs in that moment, including incorporated aromatherapy, pain ointment, or massage tools, and that you know entering your session what your massage rate will be. No surprise fees.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES RELIEF BY CHASE ACCEPT?

At this time, we only accept Cash, Check, Zelle, or Venmo as our forms of payment.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST MASSAGE SESSION?

During your first session, we begin our relationship with you. After reviewing your Intake Form, Chase will have a verbal check in with you to clarify your goals for the session and any recent or pre-existing events and conditions which may relate to how your massage is performed. From this information, you form a wellness plan together in order to alleviate these pains.
Most injuries require multiple sessions to return the body to its optimal state and provide relief.

HOW LONG OF A MASSAGE SHOULD I BOOK?

For first time clients, we encourage a 60 minute session in order to gain an assessment of injuries and goals for your wellness plan.

For one area of focus, or sports massages, 30 to 45 minute massages are excellent. If you prefer more than one area of the body being worked on, we recommend 60 minutes. A 75 or 90 minute massage is excellent for more than one area of focus that is experiencing acute or chronic pain.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST MASSAGE SESSION?

First, drink water on the day of your appointment, both prior and following your massage.

Next, we encourage clients to arrive 10-15 minutes early to their first appointment. This gives you time to relax, use the restroom, and fill out our one-time New Client Intake Form and Policies Agreement.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY MASSAGE?

Clients are encouraged to disrobe to their comfort level. This enables the focus areas and muscles in the body to be treated unencumbered with the applicable massage modality or tool. All clients receive their massage beneath a massage table flat sheet, which is used with professional draping techniques to ensure the client's discretion at all times.

If you prefer to keep your clothes on during your session, we recommend a Chair massage or sports massage according to your focus. Ideal clothing for these modalities are backless and/or comfortable such as a loose shirt and stretchy pants or shorts.
